I always go with my children and my family, sometimes they are very kind but when it is time to close they are very rude they serve reluctantly and they look at you with a bad face I understand that you are here to provide a good service and if not, it is not the right job for you. Apart from the fact that I'm going to consume to spend my money, I have to put up with those young girls treating me badly just because they already want to go home.

Very disappointing experience at Cold Stone. I ordered a Love It size, but the employee did not give me all of the ice cream that is supposed to come with that size. There was a significant amount of ice cream left behind that I had already paid for. When I politely asked about it, the employees ignored my concern and acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. That kind of response is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of customer service and customer satisfaction skills. I’ve always come to this Cold Stone and have never had a problem before, which makes this experience even more disappointing. It seems like there are a lot of young employees working there who have not been properly trained on how to treat customers or handle concerns. With how expensive everything is in this economy, customers should receive exactly what they pay for. Leaving behind ice cream that I purchased and then dismissing my concern is unacceptable. I hope management takes customer service more seriously and provides better training to its staff.

This evening, I ordered a large Sweet Cream with chocolate chips mixed in. My husband ordered a large milkshake. Upon checking out, I noticed I was charged an additional $1 for an “open food container”. The employee who served me handed me my ice cream in 2 cups. I did not request nor ask for the extra cup. Is that why I was charged an extra $1? If so, that is ridiculous in today’s economy. I shouldn’t have to pay for a container that I did not ask for when the ice cream is already costing nearly $20 for 2 items. The ice cream is always good, but that was enough to make me not want to return for a long time.

I have been to Coldstone many times. I’ve never had an issue until today. I’ve seen many other reviews regarding this individual and this needs to be addressed. As I was ordering my ice cream, everything was fine. However as I was checking out and at the point where I could have given them a tip for service, they lost their tip. A older man named Manpreet made a very inappropriate comment to me. There’s no reason to tell someone “You’re too skinny” multiple times. I responded with “No” and clearly offended. All the while he’s smiling and chuckling. It’s unacceptable to be weird towards customers.

Placed an online pickup order, when we went in, there were three employees working. 4 other people walked in behind my partner and I and none of the employees acknowledged ANY of us. Two of them were having a conversation facing the customers and didn’t even stop to welcome them in or ask if they were ready to order. When I said I was picking up an order, the person at the counter did not say anything to me, just reached into the freezer and handed me my order. Lastly, I had to go back in because they didn’t provide spoons. Why would you not put spoons in a pickup order for ice cream? The ice cream was good despite the horrible service but I truly think it’s pretty hard to screw up something like ice cream.
